For a significant part of my time at Yahoo, I led a team that reimagined the Yahoo homepage experience. This wasn't about incremental improvements—it was a full-scale redesign to reposition Yahoo as a modern, leading-edge, and more immersive platform. The work focused on creating an intuitive, visually compelling experience that drove users deeper into relevant content and fundamentally shifted how people perceived Yahoo. Much of what's shown here informed shipped features and continues to influence Yahoo design.
